WHAT DO I USE ON MY OWN FACE?

As the creator and owner of ApotheKara, I’m obviously VERY specific and picky about what goes on my own skin.

Your skin is your largest organ, and what you put on it matters. So why would I want petroleum-based ingredients, questionable chemicals and other scary crap all over my face?

NOT FOR ME. And I don’t want that for you either!

So I bundled up everything I personally use on my own face, every single day, into one beautiful bundle.

KARA’S PERSONAL DAYTIME ROUTINE

I start my morning with a few sprays of Goldie’s Sun Toner.

Next comes about 4 drops of Estelle, which I press into my face and pull all the way down onto my neck and chest.

Last, I apply Kara’s Comfrey all over my face, neck and chest. I scoop a little out with the back of my nail, warm it between my fingertips and rub it right in.

If you’re prone to breakouts, swap Kara’s Comfrey for Chick Magnet during this step. Purchase separately on website  

That’s it. Simple, botanical and SO good.

KARA’S PERSONAL NIGHTTIME ROUTINE

At night, I switch Goldie out for Lily’s Lavender.

I spray Lily’s all over my face, then follow with a few drops of Estelle, again bringing it down onto my neck and chest. I finish everything off with Kara’s Comfrey.

And Lily’s Lavender isn’t just for your face. I LOVE it on my pits and as an all-over body spray because it smells SO good!
