Custom Herbal Tea Blend

So. You have no idea which herbal blend to purchase… Here’s the best news! They are all custom! You could actually accidentally order “Grant: male tea blend” and I’d STILL get it right in crafting it perfect for you!!! 

All of my custom herbal blends are designed to last you approximately a month if you are using 3 tablespoons every day. Some people love using four or 5 tablespoons every day as they found that is a sweet spot for their own personal body. But 3 tablespoons is considered a medicinal therapeutic approach… Which is exactly what we want to do with herbs. Remember that consistency is key. Do not skip do not skimp.

You have extracted the nutrients from each herb in the water you are drinking.  Do not feel bad throwing away the herbs that have stepped. They have done their job. They are not useful in another steep. Compost them and throw them in the garden!

As you progress and begin to heal, we will adjust your tea blend. Sometimes you’ll want it the same as last month, and other times you need to change things. That’s why I’m here! I listen to you with what’s going on in your body and we figure it out!!
