Calming Carol is what you need! Four beautiful herbs extracted in either an alcohol base or glycerin base (great for kids!).  Are you worried about going on medicine that will alter your personality?  Worried it'll be a cover up? Alcohol/Glycerin mix (nearly as potent as straight alcohol, glycerin added, helps for taste and to pull out nutrients from softer plants)

Glycerin (best for children)
